1. Acceptance of these terms

By installing, accessing, or using NoirClient (the "Software") or this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use NoirClient on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use NoirClient. If you are under the age of majority, you may use it only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. License to use

NoirClient grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Software for launching and managing Minecraft. You may not sell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software as your own.

4. Accounts, Mojang & Microsoft

NoirClient is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios or Microsoft. You are responsible for complying with the Minecraft EULA and Microsoft account terms. You must own a valid copy of Minecraft to play online through official accounts. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use NoirClient to:

  • Break any applicable law or the Minecraft EULA.
  • Distribute malware, cheats designed to harm others, or pirated content.
  • Attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any service or server.
  • Reverse engineer the Software except where that right cannot be lawfully restricted.
  • Remove or obscure attribution, license, or security notices.

Full details are in our Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Mods & third-party content

NoirClient lets you download mods and packs from third parties such as CurseForge and Modrinth. That content is owned by its respective authors and governed by their own licenses and terms. We do not author, endorse, or guarantee third-party mods, and we are not responsible for them.

7. Intellectual property

The NoirClient name, logo, UI, and original code are the property of the NoirClient project and its contributors. Open-source components remain under their own licenses (see our Licenses page). "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Studios.

8. Disclaimers

NoirClient is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the NoirClient project and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or accounts, arising from your use of the Software.

10. Termination

You may stop using NoirClient at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to optional services (such as Cloud Sync) if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability — will continue to apply.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
